Jacob Beser

Jacob Beser was a First Lieutenant in the 509^th Composite Air Group and flew as the Radar Countermeasures Officer on the Enola Gay during the Hiroshima mission. He also flew on the Bockscar the Nagasaki mission—the only person to fly on the strike plane on both atomic bomb missions.
